The period of performance is 1 Sep 1999 through 31 Aug 2000 with two one-year option periods. Argon to be delivered and stored in contractor-owned tanks: 3 each 600-gallon stationary tanks, 1 each 900-gallon stationary tanks, 2 each 1,500-gallon stationary tank, and 2 each 400 to 600-gallon portable tanks are required. Portable tanks shall be mounted on wheels, or shall be capable of being moved by forklift. 48-hour delivery is required. Inspection and acceptance at destination. Delivery to: Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, WA, FOB Destination. This is an unrestricted procurement. This acquisition will be made using FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation.
