We are soliciting in-kind donations for the Elmendorf Base Library's Summer Reading Program on Elmendorf Air Force Base (AFB) from 6 thru 27 July 1999. We are accepting sponsorship/donations in the following forms. $1,500 to be used to purchase new childrens books in support of this program as well as for programing materials such as bookmarks, pins, certificates, etc., and for weekly prizes for the children who participate in this month long program. The books needed to support this event must be purchased prior to the end of May 1999 to ensure availability of materials for this program. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. We will accept all or part sponsorship/donation for this program. More than one sponsorship/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation may be accepted no later than 21 June 1999.
