This document is for technical and outreach services in support of the Coalbed Methane Outreach Program (CMOP). The objective of this release is to (1) develop or identify interested sources (sources sought)and (2) allow industry to comment on its reasonableness and feasibility. It is anticipated that any procurement for this requirement will be a small-business set-aside. It is anticipated the draft document will be available for review on or about February 4, 1999 at the address hyper-linked below.
