Construct new pile founded reinforced concrete suction tubes, discharge tubes and floodwalls. Site work will include, construction of and/or modifications to the suction and discharge channels, existing utilities, dewatering systems, temporary cofferdams, levee tie-ins, a temporary access bridge, extension of the existing pedestrian bridge and bike path and miscellaneous clearing and grubbing.
