The agency need is for the following items: 0001 Provide mechanical services and pumps to replace and upgrade existing equipment. Remove 2 colum type wet pit pumps and 2 vertical dry pit type pumps Replace with 2 PUMPEX, Model K86 submersible vortex sewage pumps, with 4 inch discharge, 26hp, 460 volt, cover plates, riser pipes and lifting chains. Fabricate and install new 4 inch horizontal discharge lines and bracing from sump pump discharge to existing check valves. Provide electrical junction box and terminate motor power cable and control cable in the same. Check rotation and take each pump through factory required start-up check list. Remove and dispose of old pumps and piping. Because the station cannot be taken completely out of service, it is required to have 1 pump and it's associated piping replaced and in service prior to demolition and installation of second pump and piping.
