WEIGHT: 1.9 lbs FORM/FIT/FUNCTION DESCRIPTION: The Liquid Quality Indicator (LQI) is the primary total fuel indicator for the aircraft fuel system. It receives fuel quantity data via ARING 429 data base. The LQI decodes received data and isplays fuel quantity. It also indicates low fuel status on an annunciator. PREDOMINANT MATERIAL OF MANUFACTURE: Aluminum housing, front panel, light plate, internal electronic assemblies, external connectors. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of an acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or Contracting Officer, but communicates Contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentially as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
