We have about a 1,000 of them with many more area workers, visitors, and tourists as potential customers. That's why we're looking for a food services operation at our headquarters in the Jackson Graham Building at 600 Fifth Street, NW, in downtown D.C. As our food services provider, you'll have immediate access to a growing market. After all, we're located in the heart of the new Downtown Business Improvement District. Across the street from the MCI Center and the National Building Museum, and one block from the National Portrait Gallery. The Smithsonian Museums and the Washington Convention Center are within easy walking distance, too. More events, attractions and activities in our area mean more customers for you. Consideration will be given to proposals that include a full service restaurant, a food court, or anyother innovative food service operation.
