Lease of equipment: a self contained trailer-mounted cement slurry mixer sprayer unit capable of mixing 2000 gallon load of cementitious fiber-reinforced spray-on slurry in a mixing time of ten minutes, equipped with a tow bar capable of being towed by mobil track equipment, capable of one person operation during mixing, spraying and clean-out sequences; 50 ton, self-contained, mobil, bulk material storage silo capable of receiving, storing, and dispensing a dry-powder material including Portland Cement, Cement kiln dust, fly-ash or other cementitious mineral binders associated with slurry formulation. Landfill cover ie., POSI-SHELL or other manufactured brands shall be approved for use by the state of North Carolina for use on the landfill located at Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The landfill cover shall forma durable nonflammable, cementitious crust capable of resisting wind and water erosion for a duration of many months after initial application. Equipment will remain on site and will be operated by the government. The proposed contract will be for a basic period plus four one year option periods.
