Army Aviation & Missile Command intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract with General Electric Company, Aircraft Engines, Lynn, MA for the acquisition of various T700, T701 & T701(c) spare parts designated as sole source. The contract will extend for a period of two years with an option for a further two years. FOB Point for all orders placed will be Origin. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, Only one source or only a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition.
