The NAVSURFWARCEN is seeking sources who can provide information necessary to the development and delivery of a leadership program for new and current leaders, in line management, program management, and technical leadership positions. Information regarding our current understanding of this type of requirement is provided in enclosures (1) and (2). Enclosure (3) provides information about our current Supervisory Development Program (SDP) and our previous Leadership and Management Development Program (L&MDP). Copies of these enclosures are available on our web page at http://www/nswc.navy.mil/supply. The NSWCDD strategic plan is available on NSWCDD's web page at http://www.nswc.navy.mil. We are looking for existing programs which address leadership competencies that are consistent with the Leadership Expectations Model that is described in enclosure (2). These existing programs may require some tailoring to meet the above mentioned requirements but we are interested in learning what is commercially available and the commercial cost. Also, please advise if the courses are on GSA Schedule. Provide the resumes of facilitators with significant experience in delivering programs with this focus. Experience with Navy, Department of Defense, or other federal research and development organizations will add to the facilitator's credibility with the target audience. Interested parties should submit the following information: a.Course objectives, outline and description for relevant leadership development program(s) that might be useable as a baseline for designing a program. b.Representative cost of delivery for each course described above (with and without any tailoring). Provide your commercial price list. c.Experience in designing and delivering programs similar in nature to this program. d.Name and credentials of facilitator(s) available to deliver this program. e.Partial customer list demonstrating the desired experience with Federal, Navy and/or DoD research and development organizations. Please indicate the nature of services provided for each customer listed. f.References who can address your experience in customizing and delivering leadership development programs (Organization, name and phone number of point of contact). Please focus the materials that you provide to demonstrate your ability to understand and meet the above needs. Providing course descriptions that are unrelated to the described program may be interpreted as an inability to understand the requirement. If you submit proprietary data, please mark it clearly with appropriate markings.
