Anderson (formerly USN PG-86 Antelope) and to provide technical assistance in performance of survey operations. The vessel conducts monitoring and surveillance of ocean outfalls, ocean dumpsites, at-sea incineration and estuary monitoring. The Anderson is equipped with three laboratories: Wet Lab, Chemistry Lab, and Microbiology Lab. In addition, the ship has a computerized survey center from which survey ops are conducted. Other equipment includes underwater cameras, dredges, and hydraulic winches which allows scientific personnel to take physical, chemical, biological, and geological samples of water and bottom sediments. The period of performance will be for five years after date of award. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside (see Note 1).
