The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) is planning to host a series of Small Business Fairs at the SPAWAR Headquarters Old Town facility at 4301 Pacific Highway, San Diego, CA. 2. The purpose of these events is to allow small business firms to showcase their products and services to SPAWAR technical and contracts personnel. This is a unique opportunity for small business, small disadvantaged, 8(a) and woman-owned small business firms to identify potential marketing opportunities. Only small business firms will be allowed to exhibit. There will be no cost to exhibitors. 3.
