70 -- SUPPORT SERVICE SOL N63165-99-R-0003 DUE 020299 POC Mary Markowski 202 685-1125, Contract Specialist 70 -- Naval Computer and Telecommunications, Washington (NCTSW) intends to award a contract to Black Diamond Network, Inc., on a sole-source basis for support in maintaining the Incident Reporting Information System (IRIS), and providing IRIS integration to other environmental systems; hardware/software technical evaluation and review; technical support of USCG and National Response Center (NRC) interagency activities via the Internet and World Wide Web; network and communications security; technical briefing preparation and/or presentation and documentation updates. All responsible sources may submit written responses containing sufficient technical documentation to establish capability to meet requirement. A Secret Clearance is required. All responses must be received in writing within 5 calendar days of publication of this notice. Quotes may be faxed or in writing to the address specified above to the attention of the Contract Specialist.
