The project includes the design and construction of dormitory space and a separate Commons Building totaling 4,600 gross square meters. It also includes preparation of a master plan including this project and future dormitories constructed over the next five fiscal years. Bid documents are available on or about February 19, 1999. Estimated cost of work is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Requests for plans and specifications shall indicate in writing whether firm will bid as a prime contractor or a subcontractor. All bid forms, bid bonds, and other normal documents required for the bid submittal, including amendments to the bid submittal, shall be in paper medium.
