Database must be accessible 24 hours a day 7 days a week. All information must be cross reference with historical a well as current information. There is not an RFQ for this procurement. Award will be based on ability to provide the service listed above at the lowest price. All interested parties must submit a written quote within 15 days of the date of publication of this notice. All quotes must include detailed literature on ability and resources to perform this service.
