Access to all work shall be readily available except for the possibility of some bridges or road restrictions which may entail using an alternate route to the road to be treated. All secondary roads to be treated with calcium chloride for dust abatement shall be graded immediately prior to application and shall have sufficient moisture to help facilitate penetration of the chemical. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, supervision and transportation needed to perform all of the work required.
