D -- MODIFICATION The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) plans to modify Purchase Order #DTFH61-99-P-00013 with AMSC Skycell, Inc. This Purchase Order provides monthly access service for fifty (50) satellite telephones. The modification will increase the funds for the continuation of the service.
