This is Amendment 0001 to the Synopsis/Solicitation N00421-99-R-1139 for a Rapid, Computer Automated Scanning System for Scanning and Extracting Anthropometric Data from the Human Form that originally appeared in the CBD on 04 December 1998, Issue No. PSA-2235. The purpose of this amendment is to change the quantity from two (2) to one (1) and to extend the due date to 08 February 1999 before 2:30 PM Eastern Standard Time.
