SA-ALC POSTING TO EPS SA-ALC Central Contracting and Kelly AFB Operational (Base) Contracting are now feeding all presolicitation notices (synopsis), award notices, modification notices, sources sought notices and special notices to the Electronic Posting System (EPS) at URL http://eps.arnet.gov. These posting are in addition to postings on the CBD. Additionally, web solicitations that are posted on our Electronic Commerce web server, URL http://www.kelly-afb.org/links/proc/index.html, are also listed on EPS. A major advantage to using EPS is that in the near future, all Air Force requirements will be listed on EPS. This is to be the Single Point of Entry (SEP) for Air Force contracting. This system will also notify vendors of potential business opportunities with e-mail notification.
