The Evaporative/condenser in the Edwards Engingeering Model CL50-023W unit is leaking internally from the low stage circuit to the high stage circuit. A new evaporative condenser will have to be installed and both refrigeration circuits will have to be charged with new Freon. The computer control system for the Edwards Engineering Model CL50-023W unit must be replaced with Honeywell Excell 500 system with new control software.
