The U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) intends a sealed bid to procure a Microphone, Capacitor M-175/VRC, P/O VIS (AN/VIC-3). This is an unrestricted acquisition. Technical data consisting of Item Description, Statement of Work, Product Specification, and Drawings will be issued with the solicitation. The technical data for this acquisition is subject to Government Purpose License Rights (GPLR). All interested bidders must sign and return the GPLR Non-Disclosure before the Government can provide the technical data. A five (5) year indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract is anticipated. The estimated maximum quantity for the five (5) years is 50,000. The contract will have a minimum quantity of 1,000 each at award.
