Work includes general construction, maintenance building construction, committal shelter construction, roads, walks, grading, drainage, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, landscape planning and irrigation facilities, necessary removal of existing structures, and certain other items as indicated on the contract drawing and specifications. In addition, fast track grave section 8 has been recently graded by cemetery personnel to establish finished grades as shown on the grading and drainage plan and is actively being used for burials. The contractor's bid price shall include all work around the perimeter of this grave section (including minor grading interface work) to complete the projectas shown. Work shall include placement of facilities, landscaping and grassing, and other related work around the perimeter of the grave section in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Estimated dollar value of construction is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. Estimated solicitation issue date is 2/3/99. Estimated bid opening date is 3/5/99.
