The Contractor shall provide crane, rigging, blocking and bracing support to DLA customers at the Barstow sites as required. Crane, rigging, blockiing, and bracing supplort includes performing loading and offloading, driviing tactical vehicles on and off ramps and railcars, providing container handler support, staging and positioning material, providing heavy lift support, blocking and bracing material, providing support for railcar shipping and receiving activities, and provide blocking and bracing devices.
