The contractor will be responsible for the design, plan, and construction of a variety of shipping and storage containers in accordance with Government requirements. The contractor shall construct and install or provide wooden parts, dunnage, or sections required to secure or encase items in containers. Container manufacturing in support of the DDBC issue process must be provided within 2 hours to support the one-day processing requirement. Due to the configurations of material stored at DDBC, on-site location construction of containers will be required in some instances.
