This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is MDA113-99-Q-0059, and is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The items to be purchased feature total digital processing, three processing structures, 24 program presets, computer interface for remote control, modular design for upgrades, plug-in software upgrades, passcode security for setup controls, and preset programming.
