Additionally, remove nine historic wood doors and hardware, strip lead-based paint, repaint doors, provide new hardware and reinstall same doors. The proposed acquisition will be issued unrestricted. Basis of award shall be Competitive Best Value, considering Past Performance and Price equally and IAW Sections L and M of the Solicitation.
