The project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement/repair of existing roofing material, which consists of furnishing plant, labor, material and all equipment. Performance period for resultant requirements construction contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be one (1) basic year plus two (2) option years. Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This solicitation is a request for proposal- Price Performance Trade-Off (PPT). When solicitation package is received it should be read completely as there are milestones that must be met to be considered responsive. The issue date will be on or about 8 February, 1999 with a bid opening 30 calendar days after RFP issuance.
