The Naval Medical Logistics Command (NMLC) seeks sources to provide radiological services at the Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, VA and other DoD medical facilities located in the Norfolk/Portsmouth/Hampton Roads area of Virginia (also known as the Tidewater area). The Government's minimum and maximum requirements for these services will be provided in the RFP. The Government intends to award one indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity personal service contract for these services. The solicitation (RFP) for this procurement is tentatively scheduled for release on or about 1 February 1999. The types of radiological services sought include: Diagnostic Radiologists, Chief Radiation Therapists, Computed Tomography (CT) Technologists, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologists, Mammography Technologists, Medical Dosimetrists, Radiation Therapists, Radiologic Technologists, Radiology Registered Nurses (RNs), Ultrasound Technologists, Vascular (Angiography) Technologists, and other Radiology Support personnel. The Government's minimum quantity for this contract will be ordered via issuance of an initial Task Order awarded concurrently with award of the basic contract.
