C -- PROVIDE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES ON A TASK ORDER BASIS FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS LOCATED WITHIN THE BUREAU OF PRISONS NORTHEAST REGION POC William H. Gensel, Contracting Officer, 717-547-1641, ext. 539 The Federal Bureau of Prisons Northeast Regional Office seeks to negotiate a contract for an Architect-Engineering Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity type contract for the performance of various projects located within the region. Upon award, individual task orders with an estimated value not to exceed $150,000 may be issued against the contract. The term of the contract would be for one (1) twelve month base period with the possibility of four (4) twelve month option periods. The evaluation criteria for selection and contract award, in descending order of relative importance, are as follows: (1) Proposed Project Team and Organization; (2) Comparable Experience and Performance; (3) Firm's Capability and Capacity; (4) Past Government Performance; (5) Knowledge of Localities and Proximity to Sites; (6) Demonstrated Success in Waste Reduction and Energy Efficient Design. Only those firms certified to perform services in all states identified in this synopsis are requested to submit appropriate data no later than February 16, 1999. The states included are: New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut. Applicant responses to the aforementioned evaluation criteria shall use Standard Forms 254 and 255, which will form the basis of the initial evaluation of qualifications. The data submitted shall be concise and must address all specific categories listed in the evaluation criteria. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 8712, with a size standard of $2,5000,000.00. This procurement has not been set-aside and is being completed on an unrestricted basis.
