Design, fabricate, install, and test a hoist replacements system consisting of the following major equipment: three 3-ton electric wire rope monorail hoist with motorized trolleys and two 3-ton manual chain monorail hoist with non-motorized trolleys at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington.
