Contractor shall be responsible for design and construction of a total commissary and Navy exchange retail mall facility to include all equipment, both building and operational, all structures, utilities, roads, walks and associated on-site improvements, icluding landscaping. Total area of the new facility is 136,945 square feet (12,722 square meters). This includes a 42,895 square foot (3,989 square meeters) commissary and a 94,050 square foot (8,733 square meters) exchange/mall. Area may vary plus or minus 10%. The magnitude of construction is over $10,000,000.00. This procurement is unrestricted. It is anticipated the Request for Proposal (RFP) for this project will be issued one or about 15 March 1999.
