The following information is hereby incorporated into the solicitation: 1) Vehicles leased under this order will be for the exclusive use of the U.S. Government and therefore exempt from state or local taxes. 2) The offeror shall provide the most favorable commercial warranty that the offeror provides to any customer leasing a new vehicle. 3) The Government is self-insured. 4) The offeror shall include registration fees in the offer. 5) The Government recognizes that the lease period will not begin until the vehicles are delivered. An estimated 60 to 90 days are necessary for the manufacture of the vehicles. The offer shall include delivery terms with the offer. The dates for lease periods, as described in CLINs 0001 through 0005 on the original announcement, will be adjusted as necessary to reflect one year increments beginning with the date that the vehicles are delivered. 6) the offer shall allow a minimum of 15,000 miles per lease year at no additional charge to the Government. 7) The Government requires that the leased vehicles be 4 wheel drive. While the complete police package may not be available on the 4 wheel drive, the following options must be included, as was stated in the original announcement: -Auxiliary Speaker Wiring, Installed -Horn/Siren Circuit Wiring Installed -Rear Door Locks Inoperative -Driver and Passenger Side Spotlamps -Single Key Locking System, Fleet All other terms and conditions remain the same.
