USSOCOM ADVANCE PLANNING BRIEFING TO INDUSTRY The United States Special Operations Command will host an Advance Planning Briefing to Industry (APBI) in conjuction with the USSOCOM's, Special Operations Forces Week (SOF), May 24-27, 1999, in Tampa, Florida, at the Tampa Convention Center. The event will offer exhibitor opportunities for industry with the target audience being the leadership of the SOF community. The venue has been laid out to offer opportunities for industry to attend key social events, SOF Mess Night, and attendance at the APBI. The APBI will provide industry with the latest acquisition opportunities presented by each component command and the Program Executive Officers. The week will commence with a golf tournament, a hosted social at the Tampa Acquarium, followed by SOF Mess Night, and then the Advance Planning Briefing to Industry. We are planning for the exhibit halls to be accessable to all MacDill AFB, CENTCOM and USSOCOM personnel.
