WIN currently maintains the INS AFIS data base. This contract will be a fixed price, IDIQ contract with one base year and four options. Award is anticipated in July 1999. All responses to this synopsis must demonstrate access and rights to the AFIS data base of the California Department of Justice and the western states AFIS data base currently maintained by the not-for-profit WIN consortium.
