The work includes the provision of all labor, materials, equipment, toolls, and supervision necessary for repairs and alterations to various facilities by means of an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract at various Naval Facilltiies in Rhode Island. The IFB package will be issued on 26 Jan 1999. The Bid Opening Date is 25 Feb 1999. The SIC Code is 1542. The Contract includes both a base year and an option for a two year period with the total duration of the contract not to exceed 36 months. The Guaranteed Minimum is $30,000.00 per year. This procurement is Set Aside for Small Business . There is a Non-Refundable charge of $5.00 for Plans and Specifications.
