The quantity on CLIN 0040, NSN 5998-01-390-9234, NOUN: Circuit Card Assembly, Army P/N 11470760 is being increased by 131 each. Also, the following Circuit Card Assemblies are being added: NSN 5998-01-308-8577, Army P/N 11466081, for a total maximum quantity of 150 each. NSN 5998-01-306-8978, Army P/N 13235047, for a total maximum quantity of 250 each. Orders will be placed against this contract as requirements materialize for these items for Fiscal Year (FY) 1999 through FY 2001. Orders will be issued one or more times as requirements materialize. This acquisition also includes an option(s) to extend performance of the contract for two(2) additional years of requirements. The above maximum quantities include option quantities.
