Proposals offering existing improved space must be submitted by letter and must include the lowest and best rental amount(s) for a ten (10) year basic term with four (4) five (5) year Renewal Options. Letter offerings for unimproved site must include the lowest purchase price. Offerors interested in constructing a new building for lease should submit a letter of intent indicating the proposed location, construction quality details, and approximate rental amount with lease terms.
