The U.S. Army Materiel Command Acquisition Center, Aberdeen Proving Ground, has a requirement for operation of the Government owned Dining Facilities located on Aberdeen (AA) and Edgewood (EA) areas of Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG). There is currently three dining facilities in operation, Bldg 4305 APG-AA, average feeding approximately 600 troops with maximum capacity of 1100; Bldg 4219 APG-AA, average feeding approximately 350 troops with a maximum capacility of 800 troops; Bldg 4225 AGP-EA, average feeding aproximately 600 troops, maximum capacity 800. A fourth facility, Bldg 4311, is held in reserve for mobilization purposes. Contract shall provide all labor, including management, and some equipment, to operate each facility serving three meals per day, night, weekend and holiday meals as required. The Government will provide all food service equipment and supplies for use in the facilities. The resultant contract will be a cost plus award fee type.
