This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with procedures contained in Air Force Manual (AFM) 64-302, Nonappropriated Fund Contracting. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Line item 0001: 150 each championship rings in various sizes. Exact sizes to be determined at time of award. Price not to exceed $250.00 per ring for a total of $37,500.00. Exact ring design and specification shall be coordinated with awardee after contract award. The ring design and specification for evaluation shall include the following: stainless by product body; WAC Champion design on one side of ring with either "COACH", "PLAYER", or "STAFF"; Falcons or Falcons logo with player nameand/or number on the other side of the ring opposite the WAC Championship design; top of ring will have appropriate championship design in colored, semi-precious stones. Award shall be made to the offeror who presents a designed based on the above which is determined to be of the highest quality, workmanship and styling; who can demonstrate satisfactory delivery of 150 rings within 30 days from time of award; and who can demonstrate satisfactory business practices, timely performance and overall customer satisfaction. This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars.
