The property is described as a steel radio tower standing two hundred and fifty feet tall, with the base being fifty by fifty feet and the top being approximately twelve by twelve feet. The tower structure consists of painted steel-lattice with galvanized steel angles and rods. The tower foundation consists of steel girders, bearing on concrete. The government will topple the entire tower before award of this contract. The property is for sale to the highest bidder and is to be removed from refuge property.
