of the P/N 40262-40000-10 Advanced Boresight Equipment Model -- 300,
the Boresight Reference Mirror (BRM) -- 7.5 degrees / Dual P/N

ABE is a universal angular measurement system to be used to boresight
all USN/USMC aircraft. The ABE system shall be easily integrated with
existing peculiar aircraft boresight adapters currently used on US
Navy and Marine Corps fixed and rotary wing aircraft. The ABE system
shall provide a reliable, user friendly method of measuring the
orientation (pitch, yaw, and roll) of aircraft external stores and
store stations, and internal aircraft component mounting points. These
orientations shall be measured relative to the Aircraft Datum Line
(ADL). These stores stations and internal mounting points may vary with
each different aircraft model, but may include gun mounts, rocket and
missile launch pylons, internal mounts for HUD (Head-Up Displays) and
IMU/INS (Inertial Measurement Unit/Inertial Navigation Unit), antennas
