The BOSJOC contract will encompass a broad range of tasks including both construction and services. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision, and management necessary to accomplish Task Orders performing the following work: facilities repairs, maintenance and minor construction; custodial services, grounds maintenance services, refuse removal services, snow removal services, scheduled maintenance of HVAC systems, installation and maintenance of building automations systems (BAS), surveys, and other minor facility support services.
