Phase 1 work includes providing improvements and repairs to 47 family housing units, including 46 three bedroom units in eight buildings on Yuma Road and Waterview Court, and one four bedroom unit (Building 1508 GOQ) located on Arkansas Avenue. Phase 2 includes 56 additional units. All units are located at Andrews AFB. This procurement will be conducted utilizing source selection procedures and will result in a firm fixed price construction contract. Evaluation of proposals will be based on price, and non-price items, including Relevant Experience, Work Plan, and Past Performance. The estimated cost range exceeds $10 Million.
