Install a new indoor air handling unit, supply and return air ductwork, supply and return water piping and associated power and control wiring. Install approximately 3500 square ft. of acoustical ceiling tile and grid. Install approximately 3500 square ft. of R-30 batt insulation above the new acoustical ceiling tile. Insulate all new heating/cooling water supply, return piping and approximately 40 lineal ft. of existing water piping located above the suspended ceiling.
