REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. The work includes removing and replaceing (9) nine down draft unit heaters in B/107. Noted: heaters are located approximately 35' from the floor in the main aisles of the building. The equipment shall consist of unit heaters, with vertical down draft 715 MBTU/H @ 15 PSIG steam capacity, 9600 CFM, minimum 80 ft. diameter floor coverage from the 35ft. height, up to 1 1/2 HP motor, 240 VAC, three phase, coils shall have no mechanical connections joining the manifold with the finned tubes, 150 WSP malleable steel fittings, and carbon steel seamless pipe. The RFQ shall be available on or about January 21, 1999. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1711. The related Small Business size standard is $7 million. The estimated cost of the proposed procurement is between $25,000 to $50,000. A copy of the RFQ will be furnished only upon request and WILL NOT be faxed.
