This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). Submit written offers only (oral offers will not be considered), on requisitions F41636-99-T-0287. This procurement is restricted to Small Business only. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-08, Standard Industrial Code 3621. Furnish the following as identified by manufacture, or like item: One each, compressor air triplex oil-less, 460VAC 3ph, factory assembled and tested package unit, skid mounted triplex X models with common base prepiped and prewired. Two stage oil-less compressor pumps with air cooled aftercoolers two stacked and one base mounted, three 15 HP ODP high efficiency 460 V motors, three spring isolated inner bases, three inline checkvalves, three asme pressure relife valves mounted in discharge lines, three elasped time meters, three unloader solenoids, three nema one pressure switches, meditrol UL listed sequencing system panel with fusible disconnects, magnetic contrators with overload relay protection and door mounted reset, control circuit transformers with fused primary and secondary and flip-flop relay, amber power on lights, amber transformer failure pilot light, automatic alternator, test-off auto selector switches, spring return from test to off, auto cinoressir select or switch, elapsed time meters, green compressor run lights, red high temp pilot lights, door mounted temperature switch reset, green lag unit run pilot light, start up timer, alarm horn with silence button control wire terminal block, additional contacts for remote alarm annunciator. All equipment mounted on a common base, factory tested, mfg by: Champion, P/N CB315WTR45. Delivery: 60 days after award.
