The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service will be negotiating exclusively with the All Indian Pueblo Council, Inc. (AIPC), 3939 San Pedro NE, Bldg., E, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87109, in implementing the Tribal Consultation Policy on various health issues. The AIPC consortium, being an entity comprised of nineteen pueblo tribal governments is a non-profit corporation in the State of New Mexico with a history of contracting from the federal government and also considered the major organizational voice of the pueblo communities on governmental, health and social service issues. Purpose of the contract shall be to prepare, research, and approve any health related documents that reflect the decisions of the AIPC representatives for submittal to Congress, Governmental agencies, Indian organizations and other interested agencies and individuals. Perform economic/legal analysis of health issues and their affect on health services, maintain research database on health policy, legal briefs and current health issues. Contractor shall attend all Indian Health Service Albuquerque Area Governing Board and PL 93-638 Contractor's Quarterly Meetings.
