The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Regional Contracts Department, San Diego, CA, is soliciting offers for a Contractor Operated Parts Store (COPARS). The contractor shall provide brand name automobile parts and accessories to various San Diego Navy facilities. The FISC anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price Requirements type contract pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. This acquisition is subject to full and open competition. The effort required shall be performed in a Contractor Operated Parts Store located in the Transportation Department of the Navy Public Works Center, San Diego, Naval Station San Diego, and Naval Air Station San Diego. In additions to the locations above, the contractor will be required to deliver material to the following satellite locations: Naval Training Center (NTC), San Diego; Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS), San Diego; Space and Naval Warfare Systems (SPAWAR), San Diego; Naval Regional Medical Center (NRMC),San Diego; and San Clemente Island (SCI), Los Angeles County. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, equipment, vehicles, management, supervision, and reports necessary to accomplish all of the task delineated in the Statement of Work (SOW).
