Indefinite Quantity Contract -- For General Repairs & Alterations for various leased and USPS owned facilities located in the Westchester District, Counties of Albany, Columbia, Greene, Delaware, Dutchess, Sullivan, Ulster, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, and Westchester.. The contract work will include the following: Furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the work required by Work Order and supporting specifications. The work may include any of the items detailed in the "Unit Price Schedule". Offers will consist of a single multiplier. The initial contract value is $1,000,000. The contract may be modified in increments of $500,000. The total contract may extend no longer than two (2) years.
