In addition, the services of a cardiologist for consulting services is required for an on-site 3-hour clinic 2-3 times per month. The contract period will be from March 1, 1999 through February 28, 2000, with 2 one-year options for renewal. The personnel assigned by the contractor to perform the services shall be certified and licensed in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.
